It's important to take time for yourself. If you are tired, exhausted, fatigued, and feeling overspent or over extended, sense this, know this, pull back, and draw to your center. Breathe deeply and stay present. Know yourself. Know your gifts, strengths, boundaries, and feel okay to say "no" when you have to; and to draw those lines in the sand.
Do not worry about how others will respond. If they are true to you, they will understand. Most importantly, stay true to your inner self, and to that authentic voice that comes from within. This is your conscience, and your closest connection to this wisest part of who you are. When you are in touch with this and stay true to this, honoring your values, and your inner truth, you will be closer to living and experiencing a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
